All our rental cars are fully insured. As long as you obey the basic rules below, our insurance will pay for any damage and there is no excess.

- Do not drink & drive

- Do not leave the accident area without getting the official report and taking photos

- Do not let anyone that is not mentioned on the rental agreement to drive

- Call our emergency number as soon as possible and inform us about the situation

You can make a reservation by filling the form above or by sending an e-mail to us. 
The form you fill in will be checked and confirmed by us. As soon as we confirm, you will have a confirmation e-mail.

Our reservation form is prepared based on the resorts. Please select the resort your hotel is located and write your hotel name on the following area that asks for your accomodation. ( Hotels that are on the form are listed as they are located out of resorts.)  

Our representative will welcome you at the airport by holding a board with your name on it. Please look for your name. Domestic Terminal: Once you leave the terminal building, please walk down the ramp and follow the left route. You will see our representative at the end of the ramp. International Terminal: Once you leave the terminal building, walk down the ramp. Opposite the cafe on the left, you will see a huge sign; INDIVIDUAL MEETERS.

While booking online, you will pay by Credit Card.

If you book through e-mail and want to pay on arrival, please let us know whether you will pay by credit card or cash.

You can pay either in Turkish Lira or Euro or GBP or Dolar.

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles both because it is not possible legally and we wouldn’t make other renters feel uncomfortable because of the smell.

Yes, we do. You may check available delivery and pick-up places from our website. Depending on the distance and rental period, delivery and pick-up service might be charged extra.


Once you receive the booking confirmation we quarantee a perfect service.  Therefore, you don’t need to contact again unless there is a change in the plan. 

Safety comes first! On our online booking form, you may choose child or booster seats. If you book through e-mail, please let us know the ages or weight of your children or babies.

No, we do not accept pets in our rental cars. 

Please contact us to check your reservation.We may not have received your booking due to technical problems.

After you choose the car among the available cars listed according to the dates you require, you will come to “Extras” section. There may be an additional cost followed by your preferences such as navigation, child/ booster seat, extra insurance, airport delivery fee, etc. 

Our operation team always check the landing time of your flight. No matter whether you land early or delayed, our representative will be waiting for you.

Please send us an e-mail including your latest flight details. 

You can make a car rental reservation as early as you wish. However, if you are looking for a last minute booking, please contact us urgently.

Yes, we have delivery and pick up service at some airports. Dalaman airport and Antalya airport are listed on the form on our website. However, if you plan to arrive or leave from another airport in Turkey, please contact us. 

Yes, you have to carry your driving licence and passport while you are driving.

First of all, please call the emergency line noted on the car rental agreement form. One of our representatives will come to the accident area as soon as possible.

Secondly, take a few pictures showing the accident area (junctions,traffic lights and signs), car damages (headlights, car body, etc.) without moving the car from the accident area. In the pictures make sure to show the plate number of all cars involved in the accident.

Only, people registered on the agreement form can drive the car. 

No, we do not require a car rental deposit.
