Once you have completed the form above, we will review and confirm this. Once we have confirmed this, we will email you with confirmation. Please also check your junk/spam mail.
Our booking form is organised based on the resorts. When booking, please select the resort your hotel is located. Then, enter your hotel name in the section that asks for your accommodation details. (Hotels listed on the form are those located outside of the resorts).
Once you have collected your luggage, please exit the terminal building. Our representative will be waiting for you just outside of the terminal building, holding a board with your name and our logo.
After we confirm your booking, we will send you a booking voucher via email. You will have two payment options:
1. Pay 30% of the booking amount by card, with the remaining balance payable in cash upon arrival.
2. Pay the full amount by card.
Depending on your choice, we will provide you with a link for credit card payment.
We accept payments in Turkish Lira, Euro, GBP, and USD. Please let us know which is option is best for you.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. This includes both traditional cigarettes and electronic vapes.
Not only is smoking illegal in rental vehicles, but it also leaves an unpleasant odor that can inconvenience future renters.
If any evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle, a deep cleaning will be required, and the associated costs will be charged to the renter.
Yes, we have a pick up and drop off service available. We can bring the rental car to your hotel, villa, or even to the airport.
You may check available pick up and drop off places from our website. Depending on the distance and rental period, pick up and drop off service might be charged extra.
There is no need to contact us 24 or 48 hours before your booking to confirm. However if it puts you at ease, feel free to call or contact us.
Once you have booked your rental, we will email you confirmation, you do not need to contact us again, unless there is a change in plan from your original booking.
Safety comes first! When booking your car rental, please select that you require a child and/or booster seat and we will be able to provide them for your service.
If you are booking through email, please let us know the ages of your children.
No, we do not accept pets in our rental cars.
If any evidence of pet hair is found in the vehicle, a deep cleaning will be required, and the associated costs will be charged to the renter.
Once we have checked and confirmed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder, as our email may be classified as this by your email provider.

After selecting the car you wish to rent, you will reach to an ‘Extras’ section. Additional costs may apply depending on your service preferences, such as navigation systems, child/booster seats, extra insurance, or airport delivery fees.

We can arrange pick up and drop off at Dalaman Airport, Antalya Airport, Bodrum Airport, Izmir Airport. Depending on the rental period and distance there may be an additional charge for the pick up and drop off service.
Yes, you have to carry your driving licence and passport while you are driving.
First, please call our emergency number, which can be found on the car rental agreement form and the keyring of the car key.
Second, take photos of the accident area (junctions, traffic lights, and signs), and any car damage (headlights, car body, etc.) without moving the car from the accident scene.
Ensure the pictures clearly show the license plate of all vehicles involved.
One of our representatives will arrive at the accident area as soon as possible.
Only the people registered on the agreement form can drive the car. If a third person drives and damages the car, the renter will be responsible for the costs.
We require a deposit for car rentals. The deposit fee changes depending on the car type.
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. We kindly ask renters to refuel the vehicle before returning it and to present the fuel receipt to our representative upon drop off.
The extra insurance covers tyres, headlights, and the windscreen. This comes at an additional cost.
You need to have an international driving license, with at least 3 years of driving experience and passport.
You must have a valid drivers license with at least 3 years of driving experience. Apart from this, there is no age limit.
Dependent on availability, we have both automatic and manual cars available. We have both 5 and 7 seater cars available.
Yes, there is a mileage limit of 200km per day for all car rentals.
We allow a one hour grace period, as long as we are informed in advance. After this one hour window, you will be charged for an additional day’s rental.
