The communication from Arthur was fantastic, from booking the transfers to looking after us at the villa. We used this company for car hire having read their excellent reviews. They were brilliant! The price was very fair with a fully comp insurance..no nasty extras when you pick up the vehicle! Arthur was incredibly helpful throughout the whole booking and was very responsive. We were met at Dalaman as planned and everything went very smoothly. The car was great with a huge boot. The drop off was equally painless so I would definitely recommend and use again!

This is the first time we used Fethiye Lovers and can report they are EXCELLENT. We flew into Dalaman airport (our first time in Turkey) and hired a car from them. They were at the airport to meet us and handed over the keys smoothly and quickly. They really went over and above what was expected, as when we were returning the car, we were staying in Calis Beach, we noticed they had an office there, so instead of driving back to Dalaman airport and handing the car back there, I asked them if they would allow me hand the car back in Calis - they allowed this and then drove my wife and I to the airport instead of us having to drive. Fantastic service, fluent English speakers. Highly recommend.

Best to use a local company who know where your hotel is, as many are based around the airport and may not know your hotel. We use Fethiye Lovers (and have done for 12 years now) which are actually based in Calis and have an office in the Main Street. They know the area very well. Also, they have very safe drivers, who don’t speed along the D400. They speak and write perfect English. Their cars have free WIFI and water.

Although nothing could be corrected on the night, the situation was resolved the following morning. They provide car seats for infants and children, they check flight arrival times regularly, they are always on time and they provide cold water when you climb on board. We also did a spectacular trip to Cappadocia with them last year, it was a magical tour. It included a balloon ride over the city and every minute of it was organised with precision. Once again both journies were first class in every way - luxury vehicle, safe driver, waiting for us at Dalaman airport & punctual for the return trip - cold water provided for both journies. I'm not sure if there are other operators charging less, but even if there were, we would still stay with Arthur and his team.
