In our rental villas and aparts, all the equipment to make you feel at your home and anything you may need through your holiday like white goods, seating furniture, air-conditioner, TV, hair dryer, kitchen wares and home textiles are available.

Water, electricity, gas, internet, pool and garden maintenance, cleaning before your entrance to the villa are included in the price.
The location of the house, how busy the summer season, and the difference between rental times causes the change in the check in/ check out hours. Generally, check in is at 16:00 while check out is at 11:00 o’clock. You will be informed about the final check in /check out hours depending on the villa you have made your reservation.
Please indicate your request of bringing any pets while filling out the request form on our website. Our team will offer you pet-allowed properties.
Accommodation capacities differ for each villa. Please state your room and total bed request clearly on the form just in case room numbers and accommodation capacities may be different.
Of course! Any kitchen equipment you may need to cook is ready at your rental villa /apart.
In our private villas, there is no restriction for pool usage except from the time limitations upon the usage of pool chemicals.
In our rental apartments, the general rules and restrictions of the site is valid. Most of the sites allow pool usage between 11:00 - 21:00 hours.
Personal hygiene tools like soap, detergent and shampoo are not provided in the villa/aparts. Along with those, you may find it useful to bring your sun cream, medications and clothes.
All the home textiles you may need will be provided in the rental villa/apart.
The closest airport to Fethiye is Dalaman Airport (55 km). İzmir 5 hours, Antalya 3 hours , Ankara 7 hours and İstanbul is 10 hours from Fethiye by car.
The exact location for your rental villa/ apart in Fethiye area will be sent to you after approval of your reservation.
It is possible to reach the sea at most in 15 minutes from any point in Fethiye due to its bowl shaped location. We will inform you about the sea-distance of each property advised to you.
It’s forbidden to smoke in most of the rental houses. We kindly ask you to be sensitive about this subject due to upcoming guests that will stay at the villa / apartment.
