Our reservation form is prepared based on the resorts. Please select the resort your hotel is located and write your hotel name on the following area that asks for your accomodation. ( Hotels that are on the form are listed as they are located out of resorts.)

Our representative will welcome you at the airport by holding a board with your name on it. Please look for your name. Domestic Terminal: Once you leave the terminal building, please walk down the ramp and follow the left route. You will see our representative at the end of the ramp. International Terminal: Once you leave the terminal building, walk down the ramp. Opposite the cafe on the left, you will see a huge sign; INDIVIDUAL MEETERS.

Our prices are per vehicle. We arrange transfer by car for 1 to 3 people; by Mercedes Vito / VW Transporter for 4 to 6 people; by Mercedes Sprinter / VW Crafter for 7 to 13 people. The prices are the total cost for the vehicle.

You can pay either by PayPal or Credit Card or cash on the day of the transfer. For return transfer bookings, the total cost should be paid to our representative on the first transfer.

You can pay either in Turkish Lira or Euro or GBP or Dolar.

No, as a company principle, we arrange only private transfers. Transfer vehicle serves only to you.

As soon as you meet our representative at the airport, you are guided to your vehicle. You do not wait at all!

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles both because it is not possible legally and we wouldn?t make other travellers feel uncomfortable because of the smell.

Yes, you can drink alcohol in the transfer vehicle.

Of course, you can. As the vehicle is arranged for your service, you have the right to invite your friends.

Yes, it is. If some of the travellers at your group stay at different hotel sor resorts, please note this on the reservation form. Our driver will stop at each mentioned hotel or resort.

Yes, we do. Please select the resort of the address and write the full address on the necessary point.

No, you do not need to. When you have a confirmation e-mail, your booking is done.

Yes, we have child and booster seats. We do not charge any extra fee for them. Please select how many of them you need on the reservation form.

Yes, you can have your pets with you during the journey. However, they need to be kept in their transportation cages/carriers.
